The Attitude of our Youth

Lackadaisical attitude shown by today’s youth is a cause to be concerned with; the laidback approach, the flummery speeches, the blithe behavior, no chagrin attitude for being failed in reaching milestones in life, double dealing behavior with loved ones, etc, are ineffable attitude problems.  Admonishing them does not bring change in their behavior because they think that they know everything and they want to lead their life on their own. The only thing that is capable of bringing change in their behavior is real-life problems; a few people expostulate this theory.  As long as they stay in their own world, nothing affects them.  Once they start trying to achieve something in this world, then they will learn so many new things, which force them to change their behavior.

Logical vs. Emotional Behaviors

People who follow ratiocination for everything in life can’t lead a halcyon life. They become quite mordant towards life.  A few times due to some illogical reasoning, they become enmeshed in difficult situations in life. Most of the times, logical reasoning people try to scamper through various difficult situations in life; their inability to empathize with other people make others think that they display insouciant character.  Emotional people expect deference in all aspects of their life irrespective of what they do. They expect life to be lissome. They can be kind even to a charlatan even after knowing that he is a fraud. However, a logical thinking person suspects everything where he cannot see any reason. However,  both the logical and emotional persons show avuncular behavior towards younger generation for their own reasons; while the emotional person thinks that younger people do not know much and for that reason they have to be taken care of, the logical person thinks that today’s younger generation is tomorrow’s society’s leaders.

In summary, both people have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Jaunty vs. Depressed

People with jaunty nature are lovable everywhere. Through their loquacious nature, they help others to come out of their depression.  However, for depressed people, life is so halting. Their patience runs low and they become frustrated easily and very frequently even for small things in life. For them, life is full of problems, which are interminable. Though they have that bravura nature hidden in them, most of the times unlike jaunty natured people, depressed people display egregious nature to others, unknowingly. For others, these people show flippant nature while dealing with elders. However, depressed people display clemency nature in higher proportion compared to jaunty ones because of their emotional behavior.  For a depressed person, a dandy jaunty looks like an anachronism person.  Though they don’t care each other (jaunty vs. depressed), society cares about depressed people while jaunty people care to run the society.

A Hotchpotch Morass

Dealing with a morass, one needs a lot of skills: discipline, efficiency, apprehension, etc.  If the situation involves bonafide emotions, then one can expect prejudiced colloquial diatribes floating in the air from all the involved parties in a hotchpotch manner. Quite often, the situation becomes fractious. The recent lascivious attacks on women in India created this kind of situation there; citizens of India vehemently opposed the attacks on women through different communication channels vociferously. The movements that were carried out during this period brought out the deeply entrenched feelings of the Indian people against the crime. Just like a nova, India was blazoned with protests, against women, by its citizens, who glorified the rape victims and demanded capital punishment for the wrongdoers. The judiciary responded deftly, understood peoples’ feelings, and awarded harsh punishments to the criminals involved in such heinous crimes.
